This special edition pickup truck is the result of a new collaboration between Chevy and off-road aftermarket manufacturer American Expedition Vehicles. For 25 years, AEV has been supplying recreational driving enthusiasts with the off-roading and overlanding vehicle upgrades they need to conquer mud, rocks, and snow.

Previously, AEV focused on accessories for other automakers, so the release of the Silverado ZR2 Bison is a big win for Chevy fans. This upgraded version of the 2023 Silverado 1500 adds rocker protection, robust steel skid plates, custom black bumpers, exclusive black 18-inch wheels, and more.

You can still expect some top-notch features available on the regular Silverado ZR2, such as the 6.2-liter V8, 40-millimeter Multimatic DSSV™ dampers, and an off-road-calibrated chassis.
