Always have a great experience at the dealership. The only complaint I have is the wait time. The last 2 visits I have had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. Not sure what has changed but I have never had to wait that long in the past.

Took more than ten days to diagnose the issue and then took more than 3 months to fix it. I never was contacted with updates on what was happening. I always had to initiate the communication. When I was given a loaner vehicle, I found a loaded pistol in the center console. In short, this was the worst service experience I've had in 46 years of car ownership .

Chandler’s service took in my truck in short order, diagnosed what I thought was a complicated problem, fixed it and got it back in time to drive to Maine the next day. A 1200 mile trip one way! So far it hasn’t even hic-upped!!

It was a good experience as always. Just seems to me the the person at the counter when you check in needs some help. There is only ever one person there on a Saturday. Now that is probably designed that way, but being a weekend you need more then one person there to facilitate calls, customer service, etc.

Very solid. Great attitude and refreshing personality. Several members of the Chandler staff stopped by to just say hi and ask if we needed anything while waiting. Honestly most stopped by to chat with my son, 12 years old. They made him feel like he was bringing in "his" 2025 Z71 Trail Boss for service. Great group of people. I have bought 20 plus cars from Gary or one of his folks over the years and hopefully my youngest will continue the tradition.

My truck broke down at the worst possible time 3:00 pm on New Year's Eve, so I knew it would be a while before they could work on it. They diagnosed the problem quoted me a price and timeline for me. I told them when I needed it back and that I needed a ride. They finished on time for a little less than the quote sent someone to pick me up and I live 45 miles away.
