It was a good experience as always. Just seems to me the the person at the counter when you check in needs some help. There is only ever one person there on a Saturday. Now that is probably designed that way, but being a weekend you need more then one person there to facilitate calls, customer service, etc.

My 16 year old son had just gotten a truck and very proud of it. After about 2 weeks of having it he scraped against the garage door and broke his mirror off and scratched his door. The body shop team was able to fix it perfectly and we were able to do a couple more jobs while it was there to make it perfect for him. It looked great when we got it back. Matt said team was able to make it look new again and fixed a few things that was needed when we bought it.

My truck broke down at the worst possible time 3:00 pm on New Year's Eve, so I knew it would be a while before they could work on it. They diagnosed the problem quoted me a price and timeline for me. I told them when I needed it back and that I needed a ride. They finished on time for a little less than the quote sent someone to pick me up and I live 45 miles away. There are closer dealers to me, but none I trust more. Special thanks to Daniel in service.

Had an appointment for new battery, It was snowing that day and called to reschedule, they told me they would come and get the car, put in a new battery and bring the car back. which they did. Very solid. Great attitude and refreshing personality. Several members of the Chandler staff stopped by to just say hi and ask if we needed anything while waiting. Honestly most stopped by to chat with my son, 12 years old. They made him feel like he was bringing in "his" 2025 Z71 Trail Boss for service. Great group of people. I have bought 20 plus cars from Gary or one of his folks over the years and hopefully my youngest will continue the tradition.

Service worker that gave me my papers was incredibly rude as soon as i brought up i warranty that was still available. I 100% believe this was wrote so that wouldnt cover. The gentleman basically threw the paer at me barely readable after i mentioned it. Then was very short, and abrupt when we mentioned we wouldn't cover the obnoxious charge for repairs only diagnostic.

I was told that there was no problem found with the a/c. The a/c is still not working correctly. This has motivated me to troubleshoot it myself or look elsewhere for help. I was told that the vehicle was ready for pick up when I called at noon. It was still in the shop when I got there at 3pm, and they had to go get it.

My vehicle was taken on schedule and returned to me in a timely manner. After leaving the dealershiip I realized that the dashboard had an icon that I did not like, I returned to the dealership and the problem was taken care of plus I was shown how to add and delete the icons. Didn't have to read my owners manuel!
